Summary: There are good reasons why the smile is beneficial thing. Both physically and mentally it has plenty of positive effects on people.

Persuasive: Since the sentence" I am happy because I smile,rather than I smile because I am happy" is my favorite one, I totally agree on the reason the article gives. Although I were already aware of the fact that smile is good, but I could re-organize my perspective toward smiling by reading this article.
